Welcome to Squeegee Ninja Window Cleaning! Before you book our services or browse our website, please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you agree to these terms (and promise not to make a mess just after we clean!).

1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Squeegee Ninja Window Cleaning (Tomasz Maciejewski), serving Swindon and surrounding areas.
1.2 We reserve the right to update these terms whenever we feel like it (but we’ll try to notify you if anything major changes).

2. Services
2.1 We provide external and internal window cleaning, conservatory cleaning, fascial and soffits cleaning, external gutter cleaning. 
2.2 Standard service does not include deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or heavy long-term buildup.
2.3 Conservatory cleaning includes only side glass or panels; roof cleaning is a separate service.
2.4 All commercial services are quoted individually.
2.5 Houses bigger than 5 bedrooms are priced individually.
2.6 While we strive for perfection, we can’t guarantee miracles—some stubborn stains might require additional treatments or be beyond our wizardry.
2.7 If you’re not happy with the service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to fix it.
2.8 We require full access to all windows for cleaning.
2.9 We do not carry our equipment through houses.
2.10 If there is no access to a window, we do not clean it.
2.11 Services are subject to weather conditions. We do not operate in extreme weather, including heavy rain, strong winds, snow, or freezing temperatures, as it may compromise safety and service quality. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest available time.

3. Booking & Payments
3.1 Bookings can be made online, via phone, SMS, or email.
3.2 Payments can be made online during booking, on-site after service completion by cash or card via a payment terminal, or after the service via a payment link sent by email.
3.3 Invoices are issued upon request; otherwise, we provide a payment confirmation or receipt.
3.4 Late payments may result in additional charges (and possibly a strongly worded letter from us).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1 Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
4.2 Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee (because our team doesn’t like standing around twiddling their thumbs).

5. Liability & Damages
5.1 We take great care in our work, but accidents happen. If we break something, let’s talk and find a solution.
5.2 We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage, acts of nature, or your pet deciding to redecorate after we leave.

6. Privacy Policy
6.1 We respect your privacy. Any personal details shared with us will be kept safe and not sold to dodgy companies.
6.2 We may use your contact details to send you updates, but you can opt out anytime.

7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms are governed by UK law. If things ever get serious, we’ll handle it in a civilised manner (preferably over tea and biscuits).
